increw.io acts as an »employer of record«. This means that the developers are employed at increw.io and staffed at your firm based on a contract between your firm and increw.io. This gives you the flexibility you want and keeps you from worrying about insurance, taxes etc.
The cost depends on two factors: type of employment (full-time/part- time) and the developer’s experience. Normally, full time 40hr/week rates average (EUR 1.800 – EUR 4.500). Part-time rates 20hr/week average EUR 1.200 – EUR 2.100.
